Melt and set aside:
1/4 cup butterSift together:
1 cup white flourmix separately:
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 eggCombine until flour is moistened, not smooth.
1 cup milk
melted butter
blueberries (optional)
Spoon into muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake 25 minutes.
