Combine and set aside:
2 cups milkIn mixing bowl, combine:
4 teaspoons white vinegar
1 cup white flourWhisk into sour milk:
3/4 cup fine cornmeal
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggsStir liquids into dry ingredients.
Melt in 12 inch cast-iron skillet:
2 Tbsp butterPour in batter.
Pour into the center:
1 cup heavy creamSlide into oven and bake for 45 minutes. Slide into wedges and serve.
