1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup oil
1 1/4 cups milk (for waffles)Fold in:
2 cups milk (for pancakes)
egg whites, beaten until stiffAdd blueberries or other fruit if desired
Cook on griddle/waffle iron. Eat. Yum.
Half recipe (pancakes):
