Heat:
2 tsp oilSautee until beginning to brown, about 5 minutes:
2 cups onionAdd:
3 cups tomatillos, quartered or halved
2 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp garlic
1 tsp salt
Cook for about 30 seconds, then add
1 cup water
When all tomatillos looked not bright green, run through food processor. Package in pints and freeze
