Fish with herb sauce

Poach (boil water, turn off heat, insert fish until done)
1-2 lbs of firm white fish
Cook
XX green lentils
Sauce: food process together:
6 Tbsp lemon juice
6 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp fresh basil
3 Tbsp fresh chives
3 Tbsp fresh parseley
